Almost all RVs have one or more televisions, some having multiple TVs to entertain everyone on board, both in the living area and in the bedrooms and bunk areas.

RVs usually have an over-the-air antenna om the roof, allowing you to receive local channels.

Private RV parks will have a cable TV hookup.

Many RVers have some form of satellite dish; A portable dish that sits on the ground or a tripod at their RV site. A satellite dish that sits permanently on the roof of the RV.
Nearby trees or buildings can impact the ability of satellite dishes to receive a signal.
